Sean Callahan is a partner in the Construction Law and Litigation practice groups. Throughout his over 25 years as a practicing lawyer, Sean has represented some of the most prominent developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and design professionals in New York and New Jersey.

Sean’s deep experience includes defending high exposure New York Labor Law and other personal injury matters, and catastrophic property damage claims. Sean also counsels clients in transactional construction, business, and real estate matters.

Sean has developed and authored continuing education materials for colleagues and clients, and regularly lectures nationally on litigation trends.

Sean received his bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
