Samuel A. List is an associate at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP (MSW), where he focuses his practice on commercial real estate and financing matters. In this role, he supports the firm’s transactional attorneys in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of a wide range of real estate assets, including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. In addition, he represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of commercial mortgage and construction loans.

Samuel received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.
