Jessica R. Brenner focuses her practice on transactional commercial real estate matters. She represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of a variety of real estate assets, including industrial, office, retail, medical and multi-family properties, and borrowers in connection with the negotiation of commercial mortgage and construction loans. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was a managing senior associate at a New York City-based law firm, where she managed and oversaw the firm’s junior attorneys and staff in the real estate department. Jessica received her law degree from New York Law School, where she received the Dean's Leadership Award, was a member of the school’s National Moot Court Team, and was an Order of the Barristers award recipient. In December of 2023, Jessica will receive a L.L.M. in Real Estate Development from the University of Miami School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Kean University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
