Briana is a Counsel at Murphy Schiller & Wilkes LLP. She focuses her practice on transactional commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial and multi-family properties throughout the United States. She also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with the negotiation and documentation of commercial mortgage loans.

Prior to joining the firm, Briana was an associate at an AM LAW 100 law firm, where she managed complex commercial real estate transactions across multiple jurisdictions for sophisticated institutional clients. Briana received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College.
